We operate flights from Redmond and Terrebonne Oregon. Please scroll to the bottom of this page for launch locations.
When preparing for your flight with us remember to dress warmly and in layers. Early mornings are always cool in the high dessert, but it warms up quickly and you'll want to adjust accordingly. Temperatures in flight are actually much warmer than on the ground. A hat and comfortable shoes or boots are recommended, no open toed shoes or sport sandals.
We conduct one flight a day early in the morning when wind conditions are calm and the air is stable. Safety is our top priority, flights are conducted only when the weather and wind conditions are favorable. Departure times vary from 6AM-8AM depending on the time of year. We will check-in with you the night before your scheduled flight to confirm the meeting time and location. we typically like to be in the air within 1 hour of sunrise.
Flight time is approximately one hour with the entire experience taking about three hours. We can carry up to eight passengers per flight, however this can vary depending on total passenger weight and air temperatures. Cost is $275/person for 2 and $260/person when booking 4 or more. Please inquire for private charters. All passengers must sign the Flight Waiver prior to your scheduled flight.
RESERVATION AND FLIGHT POLICIES
Reservations are required for all flights. Cost is $275 per person. Children 7 years of age and younger cannot schedule without prior approval. Payments are typically made after your flight. Cash, check or card payments are acceptable. Due to limited availability on each flight, cancellations within 5 days of your scheduled flight will be charged a $150 cancelation fee. Reservations cancelled within 72 hrs will be charged the full amount of your reservation. There is no charge for any cancellations due to weather.
*All passengers must submit the signed Flight Waiver when making a reservation or have it with them on the morning of the flight.
Our Launch Location
We operate from the High Desert Sports Complex in Redmond. We will always confirm with you the night before your flight, directions to the launch site and meeting time. Sometimes the location changes the morning of the flight so be sure to have your cell phone with you so we can notify you of any last minute changes.
